We get to watch CFL football this month as the CFL Pre-season action kicks off on Victoria Day Monday in Calgary but you won’t be able to watch it on TSN.
Over the last few seasons, non TSN broadcasted Pre-Season games have been available to watch free on CFL+ using the teams developed audio feed or local radio feed overlayed the broadcast. I reached out to league and they have confirmed that the Pre-Season games will continue to be broadcasted on CFL+

The two Pre-Season games that TSN will broadcast will be during Week 2, Hamilton Tiger-Cats vs Toronto Argonauts at Gryphon Alumni Stadium in Guelph on Saturday May 23 and Week 3, Montréal Alouettes vs Ottawa REDBLACKS at TD Place on Friday May 29.
Saturday Afternoon CFL on CTV will be back commencing Week 9 when the Calgary Stampeders visit the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on August 1st.
There will be two Saturday Afternoon games broadcasted on CTV during the Week 15 quadruple-header. Ottawa REDBLACKS vs Toronto Argonauts at 1:00pm ET and the “Banjo Bowl”, the Saskatchewan Roughriders vs Winnipeg Blue Bombers at 4:00pm ET.
CFL Regular Season starts on Thursday June 4 in Hamilton as the Hamilton Tiger-Cats host the Montréal Alouettes at 7:30pm ET.
